3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by AD IT Systems GmbH, Kronenstraße 12, 90552 Röthenbach a.d. Pegnitz, Germany, on servers located in Nuremberg. The hosting provider processes technical data generated during site visits on our behalf.
Server Log Files
When accessing this website, the server automatically processes your IP address, date and time of request, requested resource, referrer URL, browser and operating system details, HTTP status code, and volume of transmitted data. This processing ensures the secure, stable, and error-free operation of the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and dependable operation of this website.
Access logs are retained for seven days, and error logs for 14 days. IPv4 addresses are masked by omitting the last 8 bits, and IPv6 addresses by omitting the last 64 bits.
4. Contact by Email
When using our project inquiry form, an email is merely drafted in your local email program. The website neither transmits nor stores this form data. Data reaches us only when you send the message yourself. We then process your contact information solely to handle your inquiry.
If your inquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or an existing contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Recipients include only authorized staff handling your request and our technical service providers for email and hosting.
Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within twelve months of final processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Local Storage, Fonts, and Cookies
Color Scheme
When switching the color scheme, your browser stores your choice under the key “mosst_theme” in local storage. This value is never transmitted to us and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings (§ 25(2)(2) TDDDG).
Locally Hosted Fonts
The typography (Inter and JetBrains Mono) is delivered directly from our own web servers. No external connection to Google Fonts or other font CDNs is established.
Cookies & Web Tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics services.
6. Encrypted Transmission
This website employs TLS encryption to protect data during transmission. External emails are transmitted according to the security protocols of the sending and receiving mail servers.
